Implementación del Sistema Last Planner, y su Relación con los Factores Tiempo/Beneficio, en la Construcción del Centro de Salud Saposoa
Resumen
El presente estudio se enfocó en la implementación del sistema Last Planner en la construcción del centro de salud del distrito de Saposoa, con el objetivo de analizar su relación con los factores tiempo/beneficio. Se llevó a cabo una encuesta a 50 trabajadores de campo y se realizaron capacitaciones previas para la aplicación efectiva del sistema. Se encontró que la implementación del sistema Last Planner permitió alcanzar un 90% de resultados medios con tendencia a ser altos, lo que facilitó la identificación de restricciones a corto y mediano plazo. Además, se observó un desarrollo medio (88%) con tendencia a ser alto (8%) en los factores tiempo/beneficio, destacando la regularidad en la llegada y calidad de los materiales. La relación entre la implementación del sistema Last Planner y los factores tiempo/beneficio fue directa y significativa, lo que sugiere que esta metodología contribuye a mejorar la ejecución de las partidas y el cumplimiento de los cronogramas de ejecución en proyectos de construcción.
