Análisis de Teoría Fundamentada: Desarrollo de RSE en Hostales Turísticos

Resumen

En el presente artículo se analiza a detalle la extensión de conceptos y aspectos asociados a la RSE, bajo el contexto de los Grupos de Interés, ya que son diversos los que interactúan entorno al rubro de negocios de hostales turísticos en la ciudad de Tarma, región Junín, en Perú, para lo cual se planteó como pregunta de enfoque, ¿Qué se conoce de la RSE en el rubro de hostales turísticos bajo el lente de la teoría de los Grupos de Interés?, las preguntas permitieron establecer, (a) clasificación e importancia de grupos de interés en la implementación de la RSE, (b) intereses de la implementación de la RSE, (c) importancia de los grupos interés en implementación de la RSE en el rubro de hostales turísticos, (d) deberes de los grupos de interés en cuanto a la implementación de la RSE, (e) grupos de interés de mayor responsabilidad en la implementación de la RSE,(f) potencial de amenaza o cooperación de la RSE con el sector hotelero. El enfoque fue el cualitativo, asimismo el método utilizado fue la teoría fundamentada, asimismo el instrumento empleado fue la encueta semiestructurada. En el documento se generó una serie de conceptos y aspectos que extienden la teoría de los grupos de interés a este rubro poco estudiado conformado por los hostales turísticos de tres estrellas del Perú. Por otro lado, se utilizó una muestra teórica de ocho entrevistas, analizados a través del software Atlas.Ti, que permitió desarrollar de modo sistemático la presente propuesta.
