Rol Enfermero en la Atención del Paciente con ICTUS en Entornos Hospitalarios
Resumen
Introducción. El accidente cerebro vascular (ICTUS) es una condición médica que afecta al cerebro y puede resultar en la interrupción del flujo sanguíneo al cerebro, lo que puede causar daño cerebral y diversas complicaciones de salud. Objetivo. Explorar la evidencia en relación con el rol enfermero en la atención del paciente con ICTUS en entornos hospitalarios. Metodología. El presente estudio es revisión sistemática de la bibliografía ubicados en los registros de las bases de datos Scielo, Pubmed, Semantic Scholar, Scopus WoS, incluyendo a 19 estudios para revisión, luego de aplicar criterios de inclusión y exclusión según las pautas PRISMA-ScR 2020, para la búsqueda se aplicó palabras clave empleando descriptores en el campo de las ciencias de la salud (DeCS/MeSH): rol enfermero, atención de enfermería, ICTUS agudo. Resultados. Se identificaron 856 estudios, de ellos 400 estudios fueron descartados por duplicidad, de ellos 305 descartados por incongruencia con el título y resumen de estudios, quendo con 19 estudios con criterios de elegibilidad para resumen Conclusión. El rol enfermero en la atención del paciente con ICTUS en entornos hospitalarios, mejora de parámetros fisiológicos, bioquímicos y en la prevención de complicaciones en pacientes con ICTUS, la formación y actualización constante de las enfermeras, y la sistematización del cuidado de enfermería son aspectos clave para mejorar los resultados clínicos.
