Impacto de la Gestión del Conocimiento en la Innovación de las PYMES de Desarrollo de Software en México
Resumen
Los modelos de gestión del conocimiento son esenciales para impulsar innovaciones sistémicas y deben personalizarse según las necesidades específicas de cada sector. Este estudio se enfoca en desarrollar un modelo adaptado a las pequeñas y medianas empresas (PYMES) de software, para optimizar sus procesos de innovación de productos. Utilizando una metodología cualitativa deductiva y el Análisis Cualitativo Comparativo, se identificaron ocho variables críticas en la gestión del conocimiento que influyen en la capacidad de innovación, aunque su relevancia varía. La investigación propone un modelo cualitativo que sirve como estructura para analizar y gestionar eficazmente los procesos de innovación de manera equilibrada y sistemática.
