Técnicas de Drenaje Percutáneo de la Vesícula Biliar en el Contexto de la Colecistitis Aguda. Revisión Exhaustiva de la Literatura
Resumen
El nacimiento de la colecistostomía percutánea se da gracias a la necesidad de un procedimiento con anestesia local, con mínima agresión parietal, rápida, con una tasa de éxito del 95%-100% y baja mortalidad, para ser usado con pacientes con riesgo elevado. Este articulo tiene como objetivo describir las técnicas que se puede emplear para la realización de este procedimiento como es el drenaje endoscópico de la vesícula biliar y el drenaje percutáneo tomando en consideración la técnica, duración del procedimiento, indicación y contraindicaciones y efectos adversos. El drenaje percutáneo, con sus técnicas guiadas por imagen, ofrece una solución eficaz para la descompresión vesicular. Por otro lado, los avances en el drenaje endoscópico, especialmente con el uso de stents metálicos de aposición luminal, han mejorado considerablemente las tasas de éxito clínico y reducido las complicaciones asociadas. La elección del método más adecuado debe individualizarse.
