Depresión postparto y Reintegración psicosocial: Un estudio fenomenológico de las experiencias vividas

Resumen

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo comprender las experiencias vividas y el proceso de reintegración psicosocial de mujeres profesionales que han superado la depresión postparto en los últimos 24 meses, explorando las dimensiones personal, familiar, laboral y social de su proceso de recuperación. Se implementó una metodología cualitativa con diseño fenomenológico, realizando entrevistas no estructuradas a tres participantes profesionales (edades 25-29 años), todas con diagnóstico confirmado de DPP según criterios DSM-5. El análisis fenomenológico interpretativo reveló cinco categorías principales: Reconfiguración Personal y Social, Claves de Recuperación y Afrontamiento, Proceso de Reintegración Personal y Profesional Post-Depresión, Dinámicas Familiares y Red de Apoyo en el Proceso de Recuperación, y Evolución de la Perspectiva sobre la Salud Mental Materna. Los hallazgos destacan la interrelación entre la recuperación personal y la reintegración profesional, evidenciando cómo los diferentes roles y responsabilidades laborales influyen en el proceso de recuperación. Se identificaron "puntos de inflexión" significativos en la reintegración y la emergencia del activismo en salud mental como resultado transformador, sugiriendo la necesidad de un abordaje integral que considere la complejidad de los roles profesionales en el proceso de recuperación.
