Factores de Riesgo Asociados a la Aparición del Síndrome de Burnout en Estudiantes de las Ciencias Agrarias: Una Revisión Sistemática
Resumen
El burnout académico, caracterizado por agotamiento emocional, cinismo y baja autoeficacia, es frecuente en estudiantes de ciencias agrarias debido a la sobrecarga académica, la falta de motivación y las limitadas perspectivas laborales. Este estudio revisa sistemáticamente investigaciones recientes sobre factores de riesgo de burnout en este grupo, seleccionando 10 estudios relevantes de bases de datos como PubMed y Google Académico. La metodología consistió en la búsqueda de artículos publicados en los últimos diez años que abordaran el burnout en estudiantes de agronomía, veterinaria y carreras afines. Se encontraron factores de riesgo comunes como la elevada carga académica, el desajuste entre formación y mercado laboral, y la falta de apoyo pedagógico, que exacerban el agotamiento. Además, la falta de relaciones interpersonales de calidad y de prácticas saludables, como el ejercicio y el sueño adecuado, incrementan el riesgo de burnout. Se concluye que es urgente implementar programas de apoyo y ajustar el contenido curricular a las necesidades del mercado para reducir el agotamiento en estos estudiantes. Estas medidas no solo mejorarían el bienestar estudiantil, sino que también fortalecerían el sector agrario, promoviendo el desarrollo de profesionales comprometidos y resilientes.
