Rendimiento Clínico y Diagnóstico en la Aplicación de Guías ASGE 2019 para Pacientes con Coledocolitiasis. Experiencia en Hospital General Regional 220 IMSS Toluca
Resumen
La coledocolitiasis es la presencia de litos a nivel del conducto biliar. La presentación clínica habitual de una coledocolitiasis se traduce en un síndrome ictérico, que a su investigación médica amerita realizar estudios bioquímicos y de imagen. La clasificación de los resultados se validará según las guías internacionales propuestas por la ASGE 2019, lo cual determinará la necesidad de realizar una colangiopancreatografía retrógrada endoscópica. Se realizó una investigación para determinar el rendimiento que presentaron los criterios de ASGE 2019 en nuestro medio para el diagnóstico de coledocolitiasis.
