Potenciando la Competitividad: La Clave entre la Gestión del Conocimiento y la Madurez en la Cadena de Suministro en Colombia
Resumen
El presente articulo tiene como objetivo resolver la pregunta ¿Cuál es la relación entre los procesos de la gestión del conocimiento y los niveles de madurez de la gestión de la cadena de suministro?, esto a partir de una necesidad detectada en la gestión logística de Colombia, la cual se encuentra en desventaja competitiva frente a otros países de la región, y a un vacío teórico existente en la literatura sobre esta relación. Se espera que el resultado de la investigación permita a los tomadores de decisión de las cadena de Suministros adoptar estrategias para avanzar en el nivel de madurez de sus procesos apalancándose en los procesos de la Gestión del Conocimiento.
