Zonas estratégicas del perfil de emergencia en implantología oral. Revisión de la literatura

Resumen

Los implantes dentales son una alternativa aceptada por los pacientes para reemplazar sus dientes ausentes, cada vez más se evidencia una búsqueda mayor de alcanzar una integración natural en las restauraciones sobre implantes. Uno de los factores determinantes para lograr ese objetivo es el perfil de emergencia junto a sus zonas estratégicas. El presente trabajo es una revisión de la literatura sobre las zonas estratégicas del perfil de emergencia, y tiene como objetivo identificar estas zonas durante la rehabilitación de los implantes dentales, analizando cada una de ellas, para ello se realizó una búsqueda de la evidencia actualmente disponible y que se encuentren publicados en revistas arbitradas e indexadas en las bases de datos PubMed, Google Scholar, Lilacs, Dialnet, Redalyc y Scielo,  enfocados en el concepto del perfil de emergencia y sus zonas o referidos a temas relacionados con este tema. Luego de analizar y discutir toda la información de manera detallada se concluye que cada zona estratégica del perfil de emergencia posee una importancia fundamental para lograr resultados exitosos en el aspecto estético, biológico y funcional en las restauraciones implantosoportadas.
