Evaluación del Impacto de la Cultura Organizacional en la Gestión de la Calidad: Percepción del Personal Operativo en Empresas del Sector Logístico de Transporte
Resumen
La presente investigación evaluó la percepción del personal operativo sobre la cultura organizacional en una empresa del sector logístico de transporte, con el objetivo de determinar su influencia en la gestión de la calidad. A través de un enfoque cuantitativo, se aplicó una encuesta a una muestra no probabilística por conveniencia de 150 colaboradores. El análisis estadístico, que incluyó regresión robusta para mitigar la no normalidad de los residuos, reveló que la Apertura al Cambio y Mejora y el Aprendizaje Organizacional son los predictores más significativos del Enfoque en Procesos y Cumplimiento. Los hallazgos confirman que una cultura que fomenta la mejora continua y el intercambio de conocimientos es fundamental para la efectividad de los procesos de calidad desde la base de la pirámide organizacional. Este estudio concluye que el impulso de la calidad operativa depende más de una cultura dinámica que de la simple implementación de procesos formales.
