El liderazgo electrónico en México en tiempos de covid-19

Resumen

En México y en el mundo, la pandemia por COVID 19 ha modificado la manera de trabajar de las personas. Las organizaciones se vieron obligadas a apresurar algo que era inevitable para el futuro, una situación que genera un gran desafío para la supervivencia de las organizaciones.  Este artículo trata de describir y conceptualizar el conocimiento del liderazgo electrónico y el reto que suponen para los líderes y organizaciones de México las nuevas formas de relación que involucra este tipo de liderazgo. Inicia con una investigación bibliográfica, sugiere cambios en la ejecución del liderazgo, para conseguir que esta sea objetiva, y de esta manera las organizaciones hagan uso de las ventajas que ofrecen las nuevas tecnologías y no queden rezagadas en un mundo que se ha virtualizado debido a la pandemia.
