Orientación emprendedora y desempeño laboral en asociaciones agrícolas: el rol moderador de la capacitación laboral, el tamaño organizativo y el acceso a la tecnología
Resumen
El estudio analiza la relación entre la orientación emprendedora y el desempeño laboral en asociaciones agrícolas de Arequipa (Perú), considerando el papel moderador de la capacitación laboral, el acceso a la tecnología y el tamaño organizativo. Se aplicó un enfoque cuantitativo, transversal y explicativo con una muestra de 375 miembros de asociaciones formales distribuidas en las ocho provincias de la región. Los resultados indican que la orientación emprendedora no influye directamente en el desempeño laboral, pero sí cuando existe un entorno formativo y tecnológico favorable. La capacitación laboral y el acceso a la tecnología fortalecen de manera significativa la relación entre ambos factores, mientras que la cantidad de miembros no ejerce un efecto moderador. En conjunto, los hallazgos confirman que la orientación emprendedora opera como un potencial dependiente de capacidades: sin desarrollo de habilidades ni soporte técnico, las actitudes innovadoras, proactivas y de asumir riesgos no se traducen en mejoras del trabajo. Estos resultados respaldan un enfoque contingente de la orientación emprendedora en contextos rurales y sugieren que el fortalecimiento del capital humano y tecnológico es prioritario frente al crecimiento organizacional, a fin de elevar el desempeño, la productividad y la sostenibilidad de las asociaciones agrícolas.
