Análisis del clima organizacional y su impacto en el desempeño laboral en una PYME del sector mueblero
Resumen
El capital humano representa el activo más valioso para la competitividad de las Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas (PYMES) manufactureras. El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia del clima organizacional en el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de una empresa del sector mueblero. Se adoptó un enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño no experimental, transversal y alcance correlacional. Se trabajó con un censo de 19 colaboradores, a quienes se les aplicó un instrumento de 27 ítems con escala Likert, el cual demostró una excelente consistencia interna (Alfa de Cronbach = 0.945). Los datos fueron procesados mediante estadística descriptiva y la prueba de correlación de Spearman, dado el tamaño de la muestra. Los resultados revelaron una correlación positiva y fuerte (Rho = 0.685, p = 0.0012) entre el clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral. Además, se identificó que las dimensiones de comunicación y motivación actúan como los principales predictores del desempeño. Se concluye que un ambiente de trabajo favorable, sustentado en un liderazgo participativo y canales de comunicación efectivos, incrementa significativamente la calidad del trabajo y la productividad, siendo imperativo transitar hacia modelos de gestión basados en evidencia para garantizar la sostenibilidad operativa de la empresa.
