Efectividad de la Simulación Clínica de Alta Fidelidad en a Adquisición de Competencias en estudiantes de enfermería
Resumen
La formación en enfermería ha evolucionado hacia modelos basados en competencias, donde la simulación clínica de alta fidelidad (SCAF) se presenta como una estrategia pedagógica clave para cerrar la brecha entre teoría y práctica. El objetivo de esta revisión sistemática fue evaluar la efectividad de la SCAF en la adquisición de competencias en estudiantes de enfermería. Se realizó una búsqueda en siete bases de datos internacionales siguiendo los lineamientos PRISMA, seleccionando 32 estudios cuantitativos publicados entre 2020 y 2026, con un total de 3.803 participantes. Los resultados muestran que las intervenciones con maniquíes de cuerpo completo, pacientes estandarizados, realidad virtual y telesimulación potencian las dimensiones psicomotora, cognitiva, afectiva y perceptual, mejorando habilidades técnicas, razonamiento clínico, autoconfianza y satisfacción estudiantil. La discusión evidencia que la SCAF puede sustituir parcialmente la práctica clínica tradicional sin comprometer la preparación profesional, siempre que se acompañe de debriefing estructurado y estándares de calidad. Se concluye que la simulación avanzada constituye un recurso integral y ético para garantizar la formación de profesionales competentes y resilientes.
