Identificación de Factores Conductores con la Productividad Científica de Docentes Investigadores Universitarios Mexicanos
Resumen
La investigación científica, es descubrir nuevas formas de pensar y de vivir porque representa el primer acercamiento a la realidad de una sociedad. Este trabajo analiza si la actitud, la norma subjetiva y el control de comportamiento percibido afectan la intención de compartir conocimiento y si ésta incide sobre la transferencia de conocimiento y a su vez ésta última impacta la productividad científica de docentes investigadores. Se desarrolló un estudio cuantitativo, no experimental, descriptivo y correlacional mediante cuestionario electrónico. El análisis de la información se desarrolló a través de ecuaciones estructurales, basado en mínimos cuadrados parciales (PLS). Participaron 127 docentes investigadores de cinco Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES) públicas en la frontera norte de México. Los resultados indican que la norma subjetiva, la actitud y el control de comportamiento percibido están directamente asociados con la intención de compartir conocimiento, ésta con la transferencia de conocimiento y ésta última con la producción científica de docentes investigadores.
