Comunicación Organizacional en la Dirección de Proyectos. Análisis Bibliométrico y Revisión Sistemática de la Literatura
Resumen
A lo largo de este artículo se estudia el rol de la comunicación organizacional en la dirección de proyectos a partir de una revisión organizada de estudios previos. El planteamiento del problema nace del interés de comprender cómo la comunicación corporativa incide en la gestión de proyectos en contextos empresariales caracterizados por entornos dinámicos, trabajo colaborativo y crecientes exigencias de desempeño. En este contexto, el presente estudio tiene como finalidad identificar en qué aspectos influye la comunicación en la dirección de proyectos al interior de las empresas a la luz de la literatura científica existente. Metodológicamente, se adoptó un enfoque estructurado basado en el protocolo PRISMA, que contemplo la definición de la pregunta de investigación, la elección de las bases de datos en Scopus, la aplicación de criterios de inclusión, el análisis bibliométrico, la valoración de la calidad de los documentos y la categorización de la información. A partir de un total de 194 documentos identificados, se seleccionaron 79 para la verificación final. Los resultados muestran que la comunicación institucional incide de forma transcendental en el desempeño organizacional, la optimización de procesos, el clima laboral, la satisfacción del cliente, la adopción de decisiones y la gestión del conocimiento.
