Responsabilidad Social Empresarial e Innovación Sostenible: Su Impacto en el Desempeño Organizacional en Empresas del Sector Comercio de Puno, 2026
Resumen
El objetivo general fue determinar la influencia de la responsabilidad social empresarial y la innovación sostenible en el desempeño organizacional de empresas del sector comercio de Puno. La metodología se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño no experimental, correlacional y de corte transversal, considerando una muestra de 450 trabajadores seleccionados por muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia; se emplearon instrumentos válidos y confiables, y se aplicaron análisis descriptivos, correlación de Pearson y ecuaciones estructurales (SEM). Los resultados evidenciaron relaciones positivas y significativas entre responsabilidad social empresarial y desempeño organizacional (r= 0.784), así como entre innovación sostenible y desempeño organizacional (r= 0.818). El modelo estructural reveló un ajuste óptimo, destacando que la innovación sostenible presenta mayor influencia (β = 0.33) que la responsabilidad social empresarial (β = 0.30), además de confirmarse la influencia positiva de esta última sobre la innovación sostenible (β = 0.31). En conclusión, la responsabilidad social empresarial y la innovación sostenible son factores estratégicos que fortalecen el desempeño organizacional, mejoran la competitividad y promueven un crecimiento sostenible a largo plazo.
