Transformación Digital y Competitividad en Emprendimientos Emergentes: Una Revisión Sistemática de Literatura

Resumen

El objetivo de este artículo fue sistematizar y analizar estudios científicos recientes sobre el impacto de la transformación digital en la competitividad de los emprendimientos emergentes. Metodológicamente, se desarrolló revisión sistemática de literatura basada en los lineamientos de la declaración PRISMA. La búsqueda de información se realizó en la base de datos Scopus, considerando publicaciones comprendidas entre los años 2024 y 2026. Tras la aplicación de criterios de inclusión, exclusión y revisión crítica, se eligió una muestra final de 30 artículos científicos. El análisis cualitativo de contenido permitió identificar cinco categorías analíticas principales: capacidades dinámicas, innovación y reconfiguración organizacional; rediseño digital de modelos de negocio y creación de valor; competitividad, desempeño y ventaja competitiva; capital humano, alfabetización digital y formación emprendedora; y ecosistemas digitales, colaboración y economía translocal. Los resultados dejan ver que la transformación digital es un factor estratégico para el fortalecimiento competitivo de los emprendimientos emergentes; pero, su impacto depende de condiciones organizacionales de aprendizaje, la alfabetización digital, la capacidad de absorción tecnológica y la gestión de riesgos financieros. En la investigación identifica problemas investigativos en el contexto latinoamericano, lo cual abre oportunidades para desarrollar otras aproximaciones desde la economía translocal y desde la formación de capacidades digitales orientadas a la competitividad emprendedora.
