Comparando la satisfacción académica pre y post-pandemia: Caso de estudiantes universitarios en Chile

Resumen

El objetivo de esta investigación es comparar las percepciones de satisfacción académica entre los estudiantes de educación técnica superior con respecto a los recursos tecnológicos y docentes antes y después de la pandemia de COVID-19. Se llevó a cabo un estudio cuantitativo, transversal y comparativo con dos grupos independientes durante la pandemia y en el período postpandémico. Se administró un cuestionario tipo Likert de 21 ítems, agrupados en dos dimensiones analíticas: enseñanza y recursos tecnológicos. Los datos se analizaron mediante estadísticas descriptivas, la prueba t de Welch, la simulación de Monte Carlo y el bootstrapping. Los resultados sugieren una ligera disminución de la satisfacción académica de los estudiantes durante la transición de la modalidad a distancia establecida durante la pandemia al aprendizaje presencial. Finalmente se presenta las implicancias, limitaciones y conclusiones.
