Manejo del Dolor en Cuidados Paliativos no Oncológicos: Revisión de Literatura de 2015–2025
Resumen
El objetivo fue analizar las estrategias de manejo del dolor en cuidados paliativos no oncológicos y su relación con la calidad de vida. Se realizó una revisión sistemática con búsqueda estructurada en cuatro fuentes bibliográficas y síntesis narrativa de 58 documentos publicados entre 2015 y 2025. La valoración se adaptó al diseño de cada fuente; en las revisiones de alcance se examinó el reporte. Los hallazgos destacan la valoración periódica, la individualización farmacológica, las medidas no farmacológicas y el apoyo al cuidador. Ocho de las 13 revisiones valoradas con AMSTAR 2 presentaron confianza críticamente baja. La heterogeneidad metodológica y la presencia de poblaciones oncológicas o mixtas impiden establecer una estrategia universalmente superior. Se requieren estudios comparativos específicos de población no oncológica.
