Planeamiento estratégico de tecnologías de información, a partir de una revisión bibliográfica
Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene por finalidad identificar el uso de Tecnologías de información en el planeamiento estratégico a través de la revisión bibliográfica, donde vemos que las principales estrategias relacionadas con el conocimiento disponibles para los agentes están, por un lado, compartiendo o acumulando conocimiento y, por otro lado, estructurando o desestructurando conocimiento. Se utilizó la metodología de revisión bibliográfica considerándose la base de datos Scopus ,revisándose un total de 51 artículos; de los cuales 50 son en inglés y un artículo en español .Las publicaciones están en un intervalo del año 2019 al 2022 siendo los países Colombia , Inglaterra, Japón, Estados Unidos, Irán ,Grecia , Bangladesh , Francia , Hungría, España ,Indonesia , Malasia ,Turquía , Polonia, Rusia, Egipto ,Portugal, India , Corea ,China entre otros; las estrategias de búsqueda utilizadas fueron por palabras claves y por tema siendo los resultados que señalan que las organizaciones muestran diferentes niveles de desempeño, que pueden estar relacionados a sus elecciones estratégicas relacionadas con el conocimiento
