Apropiación social del conocimiento en actividades de transferencia e intercambio: caso estudio. Trabajo en casa, aislamiento preventivo y obligatorio

Resumen

La Gestión del Conocimiento (GC) en tiempos de Pandemia há intensificado sus avances tecnológicos en entrega de información precisa y en tiempo real. El objetivo fue aplicar práticas de apropiación social del conocimiento a aclividades específicas en el proceso de combinación para la GC en una Institución pública de Salud bajo el ámbito de Aislamiento en Casa. Estudio de caso único. La estrategia se realizó durante un período de 13 meses, en três etapas de abril a junio 2020, de julio a diciembre 2020 y enero a mayo 2021, sin solución de continuidad, pero con un número decreciente de participantes. El grupo de trabajadores de la salud plantearon interés especifico de realizar actividades en la Gestión de Guías y protocolos en la práctica clínica. Se ejecutó entrenamiento para la lectura interpretativa de la recomendación basada en evidencia científica en las diferentes disciplinas. A partir de la experiencia se logra cierto nivel de generalización de tipo analítico, obteniéndose una visión práctica del denominado trabajo en casa, que nos permitió explorar eventos y la realidad del comportamiento humano bajo condiciones de pandemia con alto nivel de incertidumbre a nivel familiar, económico, profesional, social, laboral y de salud.
