Vólvulos gástrico mesentérico axial recurrente, reporte de caso y revisión de la literatura
Resumen
Se presenta caso clínico de paciente de 41 años, que presenta recurrencia de vólvulos gástrico, en quien se ha presentado con sintomatología inespecífica, siendo estos síndrome constitucional y episodios eméticos de más de un mes de evolución, en quien se llevó a realización de imágenes diagnosticas, identificando la patología mencionada, y en un primer tiempo fue llevada a reparación de herniación hiatal por laparoscopia y a la recurrencia, un año después fue llevada a gastrectomía subtotal con reconstrucción en Y de Roux. Dado presentación crónica, en paciente con factores de riesgo para volvulación gástrica debe hacerse hincapié en la educación del paciente para identificar signos de alarma que indiquen patología intraabdominal, para un manejo temprano.
