Ética y docencia en la educación universitaria en el periodo 2017-2022: una revisión sistemática
Resumen
El presente artículo tiene el objetivo de establecer cuál es el panorama respecto al conocimiento que ha generado publicaciones científicas sobre la ética docente en la formación universitaria. Así, se parte de que la ética docente se trata del conjunto de valores por los cuales se regulan las actitudes y toma de decisiones que se presentan en el transcurso de la práctica docente, lo cual implica la perspectiva moral con la que el estudiante tiene contacto directo. En el contexto universitario, implica una formación ética en la que la perspectiva del sujeto conforme al panorama futuro de la civilidad y en el campo laboral específico. A fin de alcanzar el objetivo inicial, se utilizó la investigación bibliográfica como metodología en tanto esta permite ejecutar una revisión sistemática de la literatura científica. Se incluyeron 32 artículo científicos, los cuales fueron divididos en cuatro secciones de acuerdo a los enfoques por los cuales se aborda el tema de la ética docente en la formación universitaria. Una de las conclusiones explicita que la ética docente representa un referente para la conducta futura del estudiante, con lo cual este podría replicar las actitudes u opiniones tanto durante la carrera como durante el ejercicio de su profesión.
