Impacto de la regulación emocional, el dolor psicológico y el apoyo social en la calidad de vida relacionada con la salud de pacientes con cáncer: una revisión sistemática

Resumen

La regulación emocional, el dolor psicológico y el apoyo social son constructos que tienen un papel fundamental en el nivel de la calidad de vida relacionada con la salud de los pacientes con cáncer; sin embargo, la poca literatura existente no explica en conjunto estas variables. Por lo tanto, el objetivo de este estudio fue analizar de manera sistemática la información existente sobre la regulación emocional, el dolor psicológico y el apoyo social en función de la calidad de vida relacionada con la salud en pacientes con cáncer. Se realizó una revisión de la literatura en tres bases de datos. Los estudios se seleccionaron con base a los criterios de elegibilidad, se evaluó su calidad metodológica y solamente se incluyeron los estudios que cumplieron con el 75% de calidad. Los resultados mostraron que la regulación emocional y el apoyo social impactan de manera positiva en la calidad de vida relacionada con la salud, mientras que el dolor psicológico impacta de manera desfavorable.
