Cómo la Inclusión de Estudiantes con Discapacidades puede mejorar el Aprendizaje para todos

Resumen

Este artículo de revisión aborda la inclusión de estudiantes con discapacidades en el sistema educativo y cómo esto puede mejorar el aprendizaje para todos. El objetivo principal es examinar las prácticas inclusivas y cómo pueden beneficiar tanto a estudiantes con discapacidades como a aquellos sin discapacidades en términos de aprendizaje y desarrollo social. La metodología empleada consiste en una revisión exhaustiva de la literatura, que incluye estudios empíricos, teorías y enfoques en el campo de la educación inclusiva. Los principales hallazgos revelan que la inclusión efectiva se basa en la colaboración entre educadores, familias y estudiantes; el uso de estrategias de enseñanza diferenciada y diseño universal para el aprendizaje; y el apoyo administrativo y de políticas para facilitar entornos educativos inclusivos. Además, se destaca que la inclusión conlleva beneficios significativos para todos los estudiantes, incluida una mayor comprensión y aceptación de la diversidad, habilidades sociales mejoradas y un aprendizaje enriquecido a través de la adaptación y diferenciación de la enseñanza.
