Gobierno electrónico instrumento de desarrollo en la eficiencia de las organizaciones públicas: Revisión sistemática

Resumen

El propósito del e-gobierno es mejorar los servicios, brindar información precisa, oportuna, reducir la carga administrativa para lograr eficiencia y calidad, de las entidades estatales. El objetivo de esta revisión sistemática es la intervención del e-gobierno en el gobierno central, local, en la corrupción y en los servicios de atención. La metodología empleada se fundamentó a través de la declaración PRISMA, se eligieron 50 estudios guardando los criterios de filtrado y elegibilidad; se realizó la exploración de la información de las variables en Scopus y Web of Sciencie, entre el transcurso del 2020 al 2022. Los resultados obtenidos determinan que el propósito del e-gobierno es simplificar las operaciones gubernamentales y optimizar los servicios públicos en las áreas del Estado; combatir la corrupción y fortalecer la gobernabilidad de los entes estatales. Se concluye que, el gobierno electrónico ha realizado cambios en el sistema estatal brindando oportunidades para innovar y crear formas de mantener a las personas informadas, cumpliendo con las expectativas de eficiencia, esfuerzo e impacto social al mejorar el uso de los servicios digitales; trayendo un gran cambio en la gestión y en la administración del gobierno; contribuyendo al desarrollo de la gobernanza y la reducción de la corrupción.
