Revolucionando nuestros acercamientos al TDAH: nuevas perspectivas desde la Neuroeducación

Resumen

Las neurociencias cognitivas junto a la psicología educativa y la neuropsicología, han llevado a cabo, grandes avances y progresos en la comprensión clínica y diagnóstica del Trastorno por Déficit de Atención con Hiperactividad, lo que, sumado a las exitosas intervenciones y terapias derivadas de las ciencias del comportamiento, ha abierto muchas ventanas de oportunidades para la generación de planes más eficaces de reforzamiento. Este artículo de revisión tuvo como objetivo, la creación de una matriz de datos en donde se recopilaron 700 estudios de las mejores revistas del mundo, decantando dicha matriz a una base de datos consolidada de 26 artículos científicos. Se hizo un recorrido histórico por los campos y disciplinas que más resultados positivos han obtenido a nivel clínico y experimental en el abordaje de dicho trastorno y se ha llegado a la conclusión de la necesidad que tenemos actualmente dentro de los ámbitos educativos y familiares de incorporar los hallazgos y conocimientos derivados de campos afines como la neurodidáctica y la neuroeducación para mejorar la calidad de vida y educativa de las poblaciones escolarizadas con diagnóstico de Trastorno por Déficit de Atención con Hiperactividad.
