Resumen

Se presenta un ejercicio de revisión documental en lo referente al tema de capital social y éxito profesional en egresados de educación superior, se trata del estado del arte que permite indagar en la frontera de conocimiento, para lo cual se realizó la búsqueda de artículos, investigaciones y tesis que indagan sobre el capital social considerado como un recurso fundamental para llevar a cabo acciones en concreto y su utilidad para logar el éxito profesional, dicho de otra manera, la consecución y evaluación positiva de la experiencia profesional de los individuos. Se localizaron estudios principalmente de Asia, Europa, África y América del Norte.
