La Gestión de Recursos Humanos en el Sector Educativo y su Impacto en el Desarrollo Profesional Docente: Una Revisión Sistemática

Resumen

El objetivo del presente trabajo es evaluar la importancia de una gestión efectiva de recursos humanos en el sector educativo y su impacto en la calidad de la enseñanza. Utilizando un enfoque cualitativo, se revisaron estudios recientes (Zhang & Liu, 2021; García & Martínez, 2023; O'Leary & Kim, 2022) que abordaban prácticas de gestión de recursos humanos y su relación con el compromiso y desarrollo docente. Se identificó que una gestión centrada en las necesidades de los docentes mejora su motivación y, consecuentemente, la calidad educativa (García-Morales, Jiménez-Barrionuevo, & Gutiérrez-Gutiérrez, 2019). Las estrategias efectivas incluyen la selección adecuada de personal, capacitación continua y evaluaciones de desempeño justas y transparentes. Además, se subrayó la necesidad de políticas y estrategias actualizadas y flexibles que respondan a los cambios del entorno educativo (Johnson & Smith, 2018; Thompson & Brown, 2020). En conclusión, invertir en una gestión de recursos humanos efectiva es esencial para garantizar la calidad educativa y el desarrollo profesional docente.
