Resumen

En 1961, Wilfred Bion publicó la teoría "The Fight/Flight Group", sobre la coexistencia en grupos, la dinámica que presentan en diferentes circunstancias, la dualidad que tienen durante ciertos obstáculos y la forma en que se comportan para avanzar durante su existencia. Dentro de estos grupos, el líder es una constante con diferentes formas de llevar el grupo, ya sea autocrático, transaccional o transformacional, esta persona tiene una parte muy fundamental en el grupo. Este ensayo discutirá cuál es el mejor estilo de liderazgo para este tipo de grupo y las características que este líder debe tener para administrar los miembros del grupo de manera eficiente.
