Control Glucémico Sostenible en Diabetes Tipo 2 a través de Estrategias Ambulatorias - Un Estudio en la UMF 71

Resumen

El estudio se propuso evaluar el impacto de un programa de Control Metabólico Ambulatorio en pacientes con Diabetes Mellitus tipo 2 en la UMF 71. Se empleó un diseño descriptivo, observacional y retrospectivo. La población de estudio incluyó pacientes que completaron el programa en 2022. Se aplicaron criterios de inclusión y exclusión, y se recopilaron datos sociodemográficos y de glucosa. No se realizó un cálculo de muestra debido al acceso a un censo de participantes. Los datos se analizaron estadísticamente utilizando Excel y EPI INFO, y se aplicaron pruebas de normalidad y no paramétricas. Los resultados mostraron una mejora significativa en el control glucémico al final del programa, con un aumento en el porcentaje de pacientes controlados. La metodología respetó los principios éticos y normativas vigentes. Este estudio destaca la eficacia de las estrategias ambulatorias en el control glucémico de pacientes con diabetes tipo 2, brindando información relevante para la atención clínica y la gestión de la enfermedad.
