Manejo de la Anestesia en el Parto Vaginal y Cesárea
Resumen
El objetivo de la investigación es conocer el manejo de las diferentes opciones farmacológicas para sedación a mujer para parto vaginal y cesárea. Se realizó una búsqueda en Pubmed, Web Of Science y Cochrane con los términos indexados en español: “manejo”, “anestesia”, “parto vaginal” y “cesárea”, junto a sus términos indexados en inglés: “managament”, “anesthesia”, “vaginal birth” y “cesarean section”. El uso de la anestesia en procedimientos obstétricos como son el parto vaginal y la cesárea cada vez son más usados, con la finalidad de disminuir el dolor y dar una mejor atención durante el trabajo de parto. Los bloqueos nerviosos, como el bloqueo del nervio paracervical y el bloqueo del nervio pudendo, son opciones efectivas para el alivio del dolor durante el parto vaginal, aunque presentan ciertas limitaciones y riesgos que deben ser considerados. Por otro lado, la anestesia neuroaxial es la preferida en cesáreas debido a su perfil de seguridad y eficacia, aunque en casos de emergencia, la anestesia general puede ser necesaria, aunque con riesgos adicionales.
