Incidencia de la Gestión Estratégica del Talento (GET), en Colaboradores de un Hospital II-1, LIMA 2023

Resumen

La gestión estratégica del talento GET ha generado importancia en los últimos tiempos, esto hace necesario la implementación de la GET en instituciones públicas, convirtiendo así al talento humano TH como arista primordial capitalizándolo como pieza clave, el objetivo fue identificar la incidencia de la GET en colaboradores de un hospital, estudio básico, con enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental, correlacional causal explicativa de cohorte transversal, constituido por una población de 945 colaboradores del cual se han extraído la muestra mediante el tipo de muestro probabilístico tipo estratificado quedando con 273 colaboradores de diferentes grupos ocupacionales, la variable GET fue sujeto de análisis en base de datos influyentes, como WoS, Scopus, Scielo, Google académico. Los resultados Evidenciaron según niveles de frecuencia que el 54,9% de los colaboradores consideraron que la GET es deficiente, con un 32.2% consideraron que la GET es regular, finalmente con un 12.9% consideraron que la GET es bueno, finalmente, según los resultados del R-cuadrado de Nagelkerke, la GET incide en un 27%; en cuanto a la motivación en un 19%; en cuanto al ambiente para el desempeño en un 29%; se concluye que la GET incide en los colaboradores de un hospital II-1.
