El Poder Oculto del Clima Organizacional en las Organizaciones

Resumen

El clima organizacional es un factor clave para el funcionamiento eficiente de las organizaciones, pues influye en la motivación, el rendimiento y la permanencia del personal, este estudio tuvo como objetivo describir el clima organizacional y cómo sus dimensiones impactan en el desempeño y bienestar laboral, la investigación se realizó en organizaciones comerciales del distrito de Aguas Verdes, Perú, bajo un enfoque cuantitativo y un alcance descriptivo, aplicando un cuestionario estructurado a 450 trabajadores, el instrumento fue validado mediante la varianza extraída media (AVE) y medidas de fiabilidad como el alfa de Cronbach y el coeficiente omega de McDonald, el análisis de datos incluyó distribuciones de frecuencias para los datos sociodemográficos, así como para la variable clima organizacional y sus dimensiones; además, se emplearon tablas cruzadas para describir la distribución conjunta de la variable con los datos sociodemográficos, sin establecer relaciones estadísticas inferenciales, los resultados muestran que un clima organizacional favorable se asocia con mayores niveles de satisfacción, compromiso y cumplimiento de objetivos, mientras que deficiencias en el ambiente físico y en el reconocimiento limitan el rendimiento y aumentan la rotación, se concluye que fortalecer el clima organizacional es esencial para optimizar la productividad y la calidad de vida laboral.
