Desarrollo de Competencias y Satisfacción en Estudiantes Adultos de CEBA: Evidencia de la Mediación Andragógica
Resumen
La educación de adultos constituye un componente clave para fortalecer competencias útiles en la vida personal, social y laboral. Este estudio analiza la relación entre el desarrollo de competencias y la satisfacción en el aprendizaje de estudiantes adultos del ciclo avanzado de los Centros de Educación Básica Alternativa (CEBA) en Tumbes, considerando el rol mediador de la andragogía. Se empleó un enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño no experimental y corte transversal. La muestra probabilística estratificada incluyó a 340 participantes, y la recolección de datos se realizó mediante un cuestionario confiable (α = 0.90). Los resultados evidencian niveles altos en el desarrollo de competencias cognitivas, personales y sociales, así como en la satisfacción del aprendizaje. Además, el enfoque andragógico potencia la aplicación práctica de los conocimientos, la autonomía y la motivación intrínseca. Se concluye que integrar principios andragógicos en los CEBA favorece aprendizajes significativos, mejora la satisfacción estudiantil y fortalece competencias para el aprendizaje permanente, contribuyendo a políticas educativas inclusivas y contextualizadas.
