Percepciones de Justicia Organizacional y Compromiso de Continuidad de Empleados en la Empresa Familiar del Sector Servicios: Un Modelo de Regresión Lineal Múltiple
Resumen
El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la relación entre la percepción de justicia organizacional de los trabajadores no familiares de la empresa familiar del sector servicios y su compromiso de continuidad. Se utiliza el método cuantitativo a través de la aplicación de una encuesta con escala de Likert a 147 trabajadores de empresas del sector servicios de propiedad y control familiar de 3 estados de la república mexicana. A través de un modelo de regresión lineal múltiple se encuentra que existe relación directa entre las dimensiones distributiva e informacional, además se encontró que estas dimensiones son las que explican el compromiso de continuidad de los empleados no familiares. También se utiliza la teoría del intercambio social para el análisis y explicación de los resultados y se sugieren líneas de investigación en otras dimensiones del compromiso organizacional y el análisis mediante la regresión logística.
