Factores que Influyen en el Duelo por Pérdida Significativa: Estudio Mixto en Poza Rica, Veracruz
Resumen
Objetivo: Analizar factores que influyen e interfieren en el duelo por pérdida significativa, incluyendo interferentes contemporáneos asociados al entorno digital (inmortalidad virtual). Método: Estudio mixto convergente en Poza Rica, Veracruz, con muestreo por conveniencia. Participaron 8 adultos (22–51 años) con pérdida de un familiar cercano en los últimos 8 años. Se realizaron entrevistas a profundidad, observación y un grupo focal; se aplicó el Inventario de Factores Vitales que Interfieren Duelo y Duelo Complicado (IFVID). El análisis cualitativo se efectuó mediante codificación temática y el cuantitativo con estadísticos descriptivos; la integración se realizó por triangulación y matrices de convergencia. Resultados: El duelo se describió como proceso fluctuante con tristeza, añoranza y emociones complejas (culpa y ambivalencia). Las redes de apoyo y los rituales culturales funcionaron como recursos de contención, mientras que el conflicto familiar, la invalidación social y preocupaciones económicas incrementaron el malestar. Emergieron interferentes vinculados a la inmortalidad virtual y a la sensación de presencia, con efectos ambivalentes (consuelo y reactivación persistente). Conclusiones: Comprender el duelo desde una perspectiva multidimensional permite identificar interferentes específicos y orientar intervenciones clínicas y psicoeducativas sensibles al contexto sociocultural y al entorno digital.
