Análisis del nivel de madurez organizacional en industria 4.0 y su efecto en la resiliencia operativa de los procesos de manufactura en grandes empresas del sector de fabricación de artículos plásticos para el envasado, en el distrito metropolitano de Qui
Resumen
La madurez digital se ha consolidado como un elemento fundamental para la adopción de los principios de la Industria 4.0 y el fortalecimiento de la capacidad organizacional para afrontar entornos operativos cambiantes. Este estudio analiza la relación entre la madurez digital organizacional y la resiliencia organizacional en grandes empresas de fabricación de artículos plásticos del Distrito Metropolitano de Quito. Se aplicó una encuesta estructurada a 10 organizaciones pertenecientes a la actividad económica CIIU C2220.91, evaluando ocho dimensiones de madurez digital y diez dimensiones de resiliencia organizacional. La investigación se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, de alcance descriptivo-correlacional y diseño no experimental. Para el análisis de los datos se utilizaron estadística descriptiva, correlación de Pearson y análisis de varianza (ANOVA). Los resultados evidenciaron niveles intermedios tanto de madurez digital como de resiliencia organizacional. En madurez digital, las dimensiones con mayor valoración fueron calidad, comunicación y Big Data, mientras que en resiliencia organizacional destacaron tecnología, colaboración y flexibilidad. El análisis de correlación de Pearson mostró una relación positiva y fuerte entre ambas variables (r = 0,919; p = 0,00017), indicando que un mayor nivel de madurez digital se asocia con una mayor capacidad organizacional para responder y recuperarse ante cambios e interrupciones. Adicionalmente, se identificaron diferencias significativas en la madurez digital según el nivel tecnológico de las empresas, mientras que la antigüedad no presentó diferencias relevantes. Estos hallazgos aportan evidencia empírica sobre la estrecha relación entre la madurez digital y la resiliencia organizacional, destacando la transformación digital como un componente relevante para la adaptación y continuidad de las operaciones de manufactura en el entorno de la Industria 4.0.
