Compromiso laboral en sector privado a partir de la pandemia por covid-19: una revisión sistemática
Resumen
La presente investigación tiene por objetivo analizar la situación del conocimiento científico publicado sobre el compromiso laboral en el sector privado a partir de la pandemia por covid-19. El compromiso laboral es la actitud que tiene el empleado hacia los objetivos de la empresa, ejecutando de manera activa el cumplimiento de sus funciones en beneficio de la entidad que lo ha contratado. Durante la pandemia, las condiciones laborales cambiaron, afectando el modelo de trabajo, la salud física y mental del trabajador y generando un nuevo contexto de valoración de las actitudes de la empresa. Para analizar las aproximaciones al tema, se utilizó como metodología la investigación bibliográfica a fin de realizar una revisión sistemática de la literatura existente. Se incluyeron 31 artículos científicos, los cuales fueron divididos en tres secciones de acuerdo al subtema abordado: virtualidad del trabajo, bienestar del empleado y el soporte brindado por la empresa. Una de las conclusiones fue que el contexto pandémico ha tenido una gran repercusión en la salud mental de empleado, lo cual ha causado un efecto negativo en el compromiso laboral en el sector privado.
