Malformación Congénita De La Vía Aérea Pulmonar Del Adulto Asociada A Persistencia De Ductus Arterioso

Resumen

La malformación de la vía área pulmonar congénita (MVAPC), previamente conocida como malformación adenomatoidea quística congénita (MAQC), es una anomalía rara en el desarrollo pulmonar, cuyo diagnóstico comúnmente se hace antes de los 2 años de vida, resultando excepcional en adultos. El presente caso hace referencia a una mujer adulta joven que tiene como antecedente infecciones respiratorias recurrentes, además de hallazgos imagenológicos sugerentes de cavidades quísticas y, concomitantemente se documenta la persistencia del conducto arterioso. El diagnóstico de esta patología requiere una acertada disertación clínica entorno a la sintomatología y signología manifestada por la paciente, para así poder llegar a la conducta quirúrgica y así mejorar sustancialmente su calidad de vida.
