A Mente Insaciável: Por Que Pessoas com Alto QI Anseiam por Novidades?
Resumen
Este estudo visa validar a ideia de que a busca por novidades por pessoas com alto QI, ou superdotados, transcende a personalidade ou inteligência moldada por esta. O anseio por novidades é identificado como uma necessidade biológica, um ciclo virtuoso além da vontade. A pesquisa destaca que os traços comportamentais e de personalidade são consequências dessa necessidade intrínseca, cuja insatisfação pode levar a desânimo ou depressão temporária.
