Competencias del Interno Rotativo de Enfermería, en los Procesos de Atención de Emergencias Obstétricas, una Revisión Sistemática
Resumen
Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar las competencias del interno rotativo de enfermería en la atención de emergencias obstétricas mediante revisión bibliográfica, con el fin de identificar las competencias que requieren fortalecimiento. Se realizó una revisión sistemática basada en síntesis narrativa, cumpliendo con las directrices establecidas por PRISMA, que incluyó 18 estudios que abordaron las competencias del personal de enfermería, en especial de los internos, en contexto de atención de emergencias obstétricas, entre los años 2019 a 2024 en idioma español, inglés y portugués, que cumplieron los criterios de inclusión y respondían a la pregunta SPIDER. Entre los resultados, se identificó que las emergencias obstétricas: hemorragia postparto, trastornos hipertensivos y la infección obstétrica, requieren el desarrollo de competencias técnicas: manejo de hemorragias, trastornos hipertensivos, sepsis y administración de medicamentos o hemoderivados, así como competencias no técnicas: comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo. Los hallazgos subrayan la necesidad de mejorar tanto las competencias técnicas y no técnicas, para asegurar una atención segura y eficaz. La simulación es una herramienta educativa que permite perfeccionar las habilidades en un entorno controlado antes de enfrentarse a emergencias obstétricas reales.
