Índices Neutrófilo/Linfocito y Plaqueta/Linfocito y Mortalidad en Urgencias

Resumen
Los índices hematológicos son herramientas predictivas ampliamente descritas, éstas pueden ser aplicables a pacientes en terapia dialítica a fin de predecir gravedad y complicaciones; Se determinó la relación de los índices neutrófilo/linfocito y plaqueta/linfocito y la mortalidad en pacientes con tratamiento sustitutivo de la función renal. Se realizó un estudio transversal retrospectivo. Se analizaron 88 expedientes de pacientes que ingresaron al servicio de urgencias con diagnóstico de enfermedad renal crónica en el hospital general de zona número 23 del IMSS de julio del 2022 a junio del 2023. Se realizó el análisis estadístico mediante una Chi cuadrada encontrando valores de INL mayores en los egresados por defunción con una media de 14.93 (±9.63) correspondiente a los valores de IPL con una media de 382.23 (±245.79) encontrando un valor de p estadísticamente significativo (INL 0.002 e IPL 0.005) en cuanto a su relación con la condición de egreso, pero no significativo en cuanto a su relación con la patología de ingreso (INL 0.41 e IPL 0.74). Existe una asociación estadísticamente significativa entre los índices hematológicos y la mortalidad en pacientes con terapia dialítica, mientras que no la hay respecto a su patología de ingreso al servicio.
