Práctica de la lactancia materna durante el puerperio posterior a un Teletaller
Resumen
De acuerdo a la OMS se recomienda administrar Lactancia Materna durante la primera hora y de manera exclusiva durante los primeros 6 meses, sin embargo, las mujeres han perdido el apego por la Lactancia Materna. Objetivo: Evaluar la práctica de la Lactancia Materna durante el puerperio posterior a un Teletaller. Método: Estudio cuasi-experimental, comparativo, longitudinal en pacientes embarazadas en edad fértil de 20-44 años de edad, Se aplicó un Teletaller que consistió en 3 sesiones. En la primera sesión se evaluó la práctica de lactancia materna con la herramienta “LATCH” en modelos anatómicos. En la segunda sesión se explicó la práctica de lactancia materna con videos teórico prácticos mediante una Flipped Classroom. Se mantuvo en comunicación hasta el nacimiento donde se evaluó lo aprendido con la herramienta “LATCH”. Se utilizó pruebas estadísticas como Wilcoxon y chi cuadrada. Resultados: Se obtuvo mejoría en la práctica de lactancia materna con el Teletaller de Lactancia Materna en la última sesión ya que se demostró una mejoría significativa de la pre y post intervención mostrando un efecto positivo tras la intervención. (p=0.00). Conclusiones: Una intervención con un Teletaller de Lactancia Materna favorece a la práctica de lactancia materna en el puerperio.
