Gestión de los conflictos sociales y la gobernanza: una mirada desde la acción transformadora y la intervención del estado
Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación aborda la relación entre la gestión de los conflictos sociales y la gobernanza, considerando su acción transformadora y la intervención del Estado y dada la necesidad de comprender estos factores en el proceso de resolución ante los múltiples conflictos que a diario se viven en la sociedad. El objetivo de este estudio es explicar en qué medida la gobernanza influye en la gestión de los conflictos sociales para conocer su importancia en el proceso de resolución. La metodología utilizada fue la revisión literaria mediante el análisis de artículos científico de revistas indexadas. Las conclusiones obtenidas revelan lo siguiente: i) la mayoría de conflictos sociales se dan por razones de relación causa – efecto, ii) la adecuada gestión de conflictos sociales trae consigo una acción transformadora, iii) existen factores primarios y complementarios que promueven la gobernanza como estrategia para la gestión de los conflictos sociales; y iv) los modelos de gestión eficientes gubernamentales promueven la identidad colectiva, liderazgo, diálogo activo e interacción sostenida.
