Resumen
Los síndromes de Parkinson atípicos como la parálisis supranuclear progresiva (PSP), también conocida como síndrome de Steele-Richardson-Olszewski son síndromes neurológicos atípicos de presentación tardía, con 7 variantes clínicas con supervivencia muy baja tras el diagnóstico, requiere de 1 manejo multidisciplinario para lograr los mejores objetivos, así como la participación activa del entorno familiar.
