Processo de nutrição para prevenção e acompanhamento de doentes em alzheimer
Resumen
Este estudo objetiva apresentar tipos de nutrição clínica relacionados à doença de Alzheimer. A proposta é explicar a doença, abordar prevenções e o processo nutricional para que a doença de Alzheimer possa ser evitada, assim como destacar a importância do acompanhamento nutricional de indivíduos que sofrem dessa doença desde o seu estágio inicial. A escolha deste tema no desenvolvimento deste trabalho académico ocorreu em virtude da necessidade de utilizar o conhecimento adquirido em quase todos os módulos, desde a dieta, nutrição na doença, balança, sonda, etc.
